Nora has been a consultant for over five years and brings 30+ years of diverse pharmacy experience in retail and managed care settings. She has extensive clinical, procedural and operational expertise. Nora has been a Director of Pharmacy at a health plan where she managed the Pharmacy benefit of different lines of business, including Medicare and Medicaid. She has expertise in running core Pharmacy Programs such as formulary, prior authorization, medication therapy management, as well as quality and disease management programs.

Barry’s professional career spans over 35 years specializing in managed care operations and consulting. He has a demonstrated track record in Medicaid, Medicare, Special Need Plans, Managed Long-Term Care and Fully Integrated Program start-up, management, growth and service area expansion, process improvement and financial turnaround. He has served in a variety of executive roles including the start-up CEO for Aetna Better Health of NJ, a Medicaid Long Term Service and Support (MLTSS) MCO and Centers Plan for Healthy Living Managed Long Term Care Plan in New York. Most recently he was the Executive Vice President at Health Partners Plans in Philadelphia responsible for directing the financial/operational turnaround initiative for their Medicare line of business.

John’s experience in managed care dates back to the days of FHP Health Plan in California serving as a sales representative for Medicare Risk (now Medicare Advantage). He has since evolved in project management for over 28 years eventually advancing to Director. His experience allowed him to develop programs and train future project managers. Additionally, John provides expertise in process tracking using customized software catering to transparency, efficiency, accuracy and budget alignment.
